After a brief hiatus from the wonderful wired world of art and culture, Arctica is back. The site looks basically the same, but you'll find more reviews, a listing of art and culture events in the circumpolar region, and interviews with people who influence and are involved with circumpolar art and culture.
Arctica is still looking for submissions (poetry, fiction, creative non-fiction, photo essays, visual art, sound art) so please consider sending your work to us.
